Dance and skip through the orchard with fiddler Ian Moore as he entertains with old timey ballads, blues, bluegrass, rags and reels, hornpipes and hoedowns, polkas, waltzes, swing jazz, and songs about love, trains and chickens. This year we're channeling the vibes of New Orleans and putting on an old- fashion crawfish boil (sourced from our friends at Hudson Valley Seafood) served with andouille sausage, corn, lemon, and butter.
This truly special dish pairs with local Hudson Valley beer, wine or our very own Treasury hard cider! Complete the meal with peachy summer desserts like an indulgent peach cobbler or peach melba- vanilla ice cream topped with fresh peach slices and warm raspberry compote.
Don't forget about the Farm Yoga class we host every Saturday morning at 1. The purchase of a yoga class grants free admission to Peachtopia. Admission to Peachtopia is $5 per person. Kids 1. 2 & under are free.

Enjoy a full day on the farm from day to night filled with fruit picking, live music, country line dancing, sunset wagon rides, amazing food prepared by Chef Rohan and Chef Kristeen, crafting smores at our night time bonfire, lawn games & beach balls galore and the Treasury Cider Garden serving cold glasses of Treasury Cider as well as local wine and beer!

Each person who purchases admission for the day receives a free sample of either our Dry Lightly Sparkling or our Semi- Dry Lightly Sparkling. They're sustainably grown and held on the tree until they reach the perfect level of ripeness. Cherry picking will be available from 9 am- 6 pm or while supplies last and are priced per pound. Fishkill Farm's annual Strawberry Jammin' Festival for a fun- filled day of strawberry picking and berry fun activities like face painting, orchard wagon rides, kids strawberry crafts, sidewalk chalk block, and corn hole- all included in admission. There's also a good chance that these are the sweetest strawberries you'll taste.
Come by the farm and see for yourself! Admission: $5 per person (kids 1. CSA Members Free). Strawberry Picking Is Closed 6/8- 6/1. Our strawberry patches will be closed to all but CSA members on Thursday, June 8th; Friday, June 9th and Saturday, June 1. On Saturday we will have our outdoor Treasury Cider Bar open selling cider by the bottle and the glass, along with free tastings of our Dry and Semi- Dry Bottlings.
Our Grill will also be open for lunch on Saturday, offering grass- fed burgers and hot dogs. We re- open on Sunday, June 1.
